Top tips for weight loss

September 16th, 2009

Food intolerences can be a major obstacle for weight loss.  Have you struggled to lose weight despite the fact you are going to the gym three times per week and eating sensibly?  If you have a food intolerence then you will be struggling to break down certain foods at the correct rate if you can break them down at all, therefore your metabolic rate and waste disposal rate will probably be slower than it should be.

If you identify which foods you are intolerent to by means of an allergy test with us you will find that symptoms like bloating, wind, water retention and constipation disappear and then the weight starts to fall off.
